These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods and services (“Products”) by Only Shine (“Seller”) through its website www.onlyshine.com.au (“Website”) to the customer (“Buyer”). By accessing the Website and/or purchasing Products, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Ordering

1.1. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order.

1.2. Prices: Prices for Products are as shown on the Website at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.

1.3. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and added to the total cost of the order during checkout.

2.2. Delivery: The Seller will endeavour to deliver Products to the address provided by the Buyer within the estimated delivery timeframes, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

2.3. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

3. Returns

3.1. Returns: The Seller accepts returns within 48 hours of delivery for faulty or defective products. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for further information

4.1. The Seller’s privacy policy can be found on this website. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Buyer consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Seller’s privacy policy.
