Wholesale Terms and Conditions

By applying for and using a wholesale account with Only Shine, you agree to the following terms and conditions and the standard terms and conditions, which comply with Australian consumer and business laws:

1. Eligibility & Approval

1.1. Wholesale accounts are available exclusively to businesses, retailers, and industry professionals within the event, party, or related industries.
1.2. All applications are subject to review and approval. We may request additional information to verify your business, such as an ABN (Australian Business Number), business website, or other supporting documentation.
1.3. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke a wholesale account at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Orders

2.1. Approved wholesale account holders will receive access to discounted bulk pricing on eligible products.
2.2. Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs), which will be outlined in the wholesale price list.
2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price at the time of purchase.
2.4. All orders must be placed through our wholesale portal or via direct contact with our sales team.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Wholesale orders are processed on a prepayment basis, unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
3.2. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.
3.3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, faulty or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or credit (see Returns & Refunds section).

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4.2. We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 1-2 business days, but this may vary depending on stock availability.
4.3. Risk and liability for goods transfer to the buyer once the order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items once in transit.

5. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products

5.1. Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless the product is faulty or incorrect upon arrival.
5.2. Claims for faulty or incorrect products must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Supporting photos and order details must be provided.
5.3. If a return is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Branding, Resale & Marketing

6.1. Wholesale customers may resell our products in their retail stores, online stores, or through other approved channels.
6.2. Products must be sold at or above our recommended retail price (RRP) unless prior written consent is given.
6.3. Use of our brand name, trademarks, images, or marketing materials must be approved in writing before use.

7. Account Termination & Policy Updates

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a wholesale account if these terms are violated.
7.2. Wholesale terms and conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
